After purchsing your ticket, you now have the option to have your wristband(s) sent to you in advance. By this new method you eliminate the ticket and wristband exchange at the festival entrance making it easier to enter the site.

  • Shuttle bus service departing from the JR Echigo-Yuzawa Station to the festival is ¥500 per person. Return trip is free of charge.

  • This ticket is for the exclusive use of the auto-camp area, Moon Caravan. Those without Moon Caravan Parking and Campsite tickets will not be permitted to use the Moon Caravan area.
  • The Moon Caravan area is for use of 4 nights and vehicle entry and exit times will be restricted to those listed.
  • Use of other camp sites by Moon Caravan Campsite Ticket holders is not permitted.
  • Purchase of only Moon Caravan Parking and or Campsite Tickets is not permitted. Only sets including 3 Day Tickets are available
Other restrictions apply for use of the Moon Caravan auto-camp area. Purchase shall be deemed as agreement to all rules, regulations and restrictions. Please be sure to read and understand all restrictions before purchasing.

Campsites

There are three campsites at the festival. Those who purchase a Main Campsite Ticket (wristband) will not be permitted to use the other campsites.

  • Use of campsite limited to campsite ticket type. Use of campsites other then that purchased is not permitted.
  • Entry to the Pyramid Garden area is limited to those who purchase Campsite tickets. Those who do not have one of the above 3 types of campsite tickets will not be able to enter the Pyramid Garden area.
  • The Main Campsite is located on the Naeba Ski Resort's golf course which is also a ski slope and is not level.
  • Use of tents allowed only in designated areas.
  • Use of open flame and or tarp shelters is not permitted.
  • Cooking is only permitted in the designated BBQ areas.
  • Vahicles cannot be driven into the main campsite.
  • Use of shower facilities will be limited to campsite ticket holders. Use of the Naeba Onsen will also be available to campsite ticket holders free of charge.

Parking

  • Parking will be restricted to the times and area listed on the Parking Ticket.
  • Please note that Parking Passes with the Parking Ticket removed shall be deemed void.
  • Vehicles over 6m in length, such as busses, will not be permitted in festival parking areas.
  • Parking for bicycles is available free of charge at the No. 1 Festival Parking area.
  • Numbers of available Parking Tickets are limited and may sell out. Please be sure to purchase your Parking Ticket well in advance.

Moon Caravan

  • Purchase limited to those residing in Japan.
  • Purchase of Auto-Campsite Moon Caravan Tickets shall be deemed as agreement to all rules and regulations of the area. Please be sure to read and understand the rules and regulations before purchase.

Notes about ticket purchase

♦ You may not change or cancel once you have placed your application.

♦ Tickets will be exchanged with wrist bands at the Festival site. You cannot enter the site without the exchange.

♦ After exchanging your ticket, the wristband will be the proof of your ticket purchase. Please look after it with care during the Festival period.

♦ Lost wristbands will not be re-issued for any reason. Guests without a wristband will be asked to leave the site or re-purchase a ticket, so please be extra careful not to lose it.

♦ A ticket will not be re-issued for any reason, so please be extra careful not to loose it.

♦ Purchased tickets will be sent early July.

♦ Ticket sales will finish once tickets are sold out. This applies to all ticket types. Tickets sold out during advance ticketing will not be available during general sales.
