Getting There

Car

Parking available within walking distance at the "Festival" and "Shirakaba" parking areas and more parking is available nearby at the "Kandatsu", "Mitsumata" and "Tashiro" areas. Shuttle busses available for those parking at the Kandatsu, Mitsumata and Tashiro areas.

33km from the Kan-Etsu Expressway Tsukiyono exit via Route 17 Use the Tsukiyono Exit for "Festival", "Shirakaba" and "Asagai" parking areas.
21km from the Kan-Etsu Expressway Yuzawa IC via Route 17 Exit at the Yuzawa IC for for the "Kandatsu", "Mitsumata" and "Tashiro" parking areas.

Parking Tickets available with the purchase of 2 or more General Admission Tickets only. Parking Tickets cannot be purchased singley at a later date.
((Caution) Parking areas shall be designated depending on Parking Ticket type. Parking area will be assigned and cannot be chosen upon purchase.

Shinkansen Train

Disembarke at JR East "Echigo-Yuzawa Station". Shuttle bus from Echigo-Yuzawa station to festival available. In addition to the Joetsu Shinkansen, the festival can be reached via the local Joetsu line and Hokuetsu Hoku Hoku train lines.

Cost for shuttle bus is ¥500 from Echigo-Yuzawa station to the festival. Return trip is free of charge.

Be careful of return train times if not staying at the festival overnight. The last train bound for Tokyo station departs before the last band plays at the festival!

**Please note that during peak hours the ride could take more than an hour.

Parking Lot - Festival Site

A shuttle bus will be available from Tashiro and Mitsumata Parking Lot.

*No.1 On-site Parking Lot, No.2 On-site Parking Lot, Asagai Parking Lot and Shirakaba Parking Lot are all within walking distance from the festival site.

*Tashiro parking lot to festival site is approx. 15 minutes.
*Mitsumata parking lot to festival site is approx. 20 minutes.
*kandatsu parking lot to festival site is approx. 30 minutes.
*During certain hours the shuttle bus from Echigo-Yuzawa Station and the festival site will stop through.
*You will not be able to return to Tashiro parking lot or Mitumata parking lot during the non-operational hours.
*There will be Echigo-Yuzawa to Festival site shuttle buses coming through from around 12:30 on 7/21st (Thu).
*Traffic is expected after the event around the parking lot.

Sleeping There

Camp

There are three campsites at the festival. Each have different purchase and area restrictions. Use of campsite limited to campsite ticket type. Use of campsites other then that purchased is not permitted.

Main Campsite Closest to the festival, the main campsite is used by approximately 17,000 people every year.

PYRAMID GARDEN Campsite "Located 1 minute from the official bus tour stop, use of this campsite is limited to those on official bus tours.
★ Campsite Ticket available for purchase upon purchase of official Bus Tour packages. "
Auto-Campsite MOON CARAVAN "Park your 4 or 2 wheel vehicle and camp at the 4 night auto-campsite, Moon Caravan.
★ Purchase of Moon Caravan area ticket set required. "

Closest and least expensive lodging option at the festival!
·Beginners welcome! Services include a Female Only camp area and Camping Clinic for those who need help.
·Send your camping gear on ahead with Baggage Courior Service.
·Use of shower facilities will be limited to campsite ticket holders. Use of the Naeba Onsen will also be available to campsite ticket holders free of charge.

The Main Campsite is located on the Naeba Ski Resort's ski slope and is not level.

Use of open flame and or tarp shelters is not permitted. Cooking is only permitted in the designated BBQ areas.

The last train bound for Tokyo Station departes before the final performance slot of the festival but busses departing the festival late at night are available. 1 day parking is available for those purchasing 2 or more General Admission tickets so take advantage and come spend a day at Fuji Rock Festival this summer!
