*Admission free for children under the age of 15. Must be accompanied by an adult.
Campsite Ticket ¥3000 (Per person / Valid for the duration of festival campsite)
Parking Ticket ¥3000 (Per vehicle / per day) *must be 2 or more people per vehicle.
  For those travelling by motorcycle (vehicles above scooter class), the festival car park is available for use.
A fee of ¥1000 (cash only, limited to festival period only) will be charged upon entry.
Moon Caravan Ticket An exclusive ticket which is required to use the auto camp facility, "Moon Caravan". *Only sold as a set with admission tickets. Parking tickets for 4 wheel vehicles: ¥12,000 (Per vehicle *must be 2 or more people per vehicle) Parking tickets for 2 wheel vehicles : ¥6,000 (Per vehicle *from 1 person)
  Exclusive campsite ticket : ¥3,000 (per person)

Transportation

[Official Package Tours] Choose from over 2,500 package tours departing from 26 cities around Japan by plane, train and bus, include admission tickets and lodging at the festival, and discounts only available here.
[Car] 33km from the Kan-Etsu Expressway Tsukiyono exit via Route 17
21km from the Kan-Etsu Expressway Yuzawa IC via Route 17
[Train] Disembarke at JR East ""Echigo-Yuzawa Station"".
Shuttle bus from Echigo-Yuzawa station to festival available. (Cost for shuttle bus is ¥500 from Echigo-Yuzawa station to the festival. Return trip is free of charge.)

Cost for shuttle bus is ¥500 from Echigo-Yuzawa station to the festival.

Shuttle bus also available from Mitsumata and Tashiro areas.

Lodging

[Camping] The 3 campsites are the least expensive and closest lodging available at the festival.
· Main Campsite Closest to the festival, the main campsite is used by approximately 17,000 people every year.
★ Purchase of Main Campsite Ticket required.
· [PYRAMID GARDEN] Campsite Located 1 minute from the official bus tour stop, use of this campsite is limited to those on official bus tours.
★ Campsite Ticket available for purchase upon purchase of official Bus Tour packages.
· Auto-Campsite Park your 4 or 2 wheel vehicle and camp at the 4 night auto-campsite, Moon Caravan.
★ Purchase of Moon Caravan area ticket set required.
[Hotels · Traditional Japanese Inns] Make reservations at one of the many hotels, minshuku and ryokan near the festival at the Fuji Rock Official Tour Center. Day-Use Rest facilities also available.

Based on these core principles, Fuji Rock Festival is a place to enjoy music and nature built not only by the staff and artists but each and every one of those attending the festival.
The actions of all of us at the festival effect Fuji Rock Festival's environment. Be sure to read and understand the following rules and regulations.

♦ Use of sheeting and or chairs to save space is not permitted. Be sure to carry these items with you at all times.

♦ Use of umbrellas is restricted at the festival.

♦ Tenting, parasols and other items which may block the view of other festival goers are not permitted within the festival.

♦ Take care not to drink too much alcohol. Know your limits!

♦ Moshing, crowd diving and other actions considered dangerous are not permitted.

♦ Do not park in restricted areas or private property or otherwise disturb the residents of surrounding areas.

♦ Smoking while walking, smoking in non-smoking areas and in crowds is not permitted.


Fuji Rock Festival Rules & Regulations

♦ These rules and regulations are subject to change without notice. Please note that ticket refunds will not be made for such rule changes regardless of how prior notification is made or lack thereof.

♦ The festival will not be cancelled due to inclement weather (excluding natural disasters). Please note that ticket refunds will not be made due to artist cancellation.

♦ Leaving chairs or sheeting, etc. unattended is prohibited in the festival. Unattended items will be deemed abandoned and removed and disposed of immediately. Be sure to carry all of your belongings at all times.

♦ Please avoid excess drinking. Those deemed to be drinking excessively or out of control may be ejected from the festival site.

♦ Any dangerous behavior that may harm other people, such as moshing and diving, is prohibited. The festival is not responsible for injuries and accidents due to such acts. Such incidents shall to be solved between the parties involved.

♦ Tents, tarp shelters, flysheets and / or parasols as well as any objects that obstruct other festivalgoers view or take up space are not allowed in the festival site.

♦ Use of umbrellas is prohibited on the festival site. Please carry and use foul weather gear during inclement weather.

♦ Persons found to have entered the festival illegally will be reported to the police and will be put under the care of local police officials. The person will also be charged for compensation.

♦ Please refrain from any behavior that can cause annoyance to local residents. Please do not travel to the festival by car without prior purchase of a car park pass.

♦ Due to local regulations, people under 18 years must return to their accommodation by 11pm.

♦ The final train departing Echigo-Yuzawa Station leaves before the festival performance finishes. All public transportation is unavailable after the last performances on all days of the festival.

♦ Be sure to acquire transportation and/or lodging yourself before coming to the festival. (Sleeping outdoors at, around, or near the festival or Echigo-Yuzawa Station is strictly prohibited. Also, those who have not acquired a parking pass in advance are prohibited from parking at the festival.) Please also note that parking passes and lodging packages available at the on-site festival tour center are limited.

♦ Animals, glass bottles, cans, fireworks, explosives and any illegal substances are not allowed into the festival site.

♦ The production, the site and the artists are not responsible for accidents and thefts in and out of the festival site.

♦ Those who cause any disturbances or do not follow instructions of staff will be ejected from the festival site. Tickets will not be refunded in this case.

♦ You may bring cameras and/or video cameras into the site but it is strictly prohibited to record the artists. No sound recording equipment is allowed on the site.
Use of selfie sticks are not permitted directly in front of stages, at peak congestion times or while walking.

♦ Please use a portable ashtray if you smoke.

♦ Agreement to the festival rules and restrictions is needed to purchase tickets. Please be sure to read and confirm all rules and regulations listed on the official website before purchasing tickets. Please note that purchase of festival tickets shall be deemed as agreement to all rules and regulations of the festival.
