FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL '15 | Benefit for NIPPON

This year, as an ongoing partner with The Great East Japan earthquake reconstruction assistance project [Benefit for NIPPON], Fuji Rock Festival has collected donations which are used towards helping disaster victims. During this year's festival dates there were "Benefit for NIPPON" donation boxes placed within the festival site where many people gave heartfelt public donations towards this cause.

This year, as the organiser of the Fuji Rock Festival. we have donated the charity funds received by you as follows.

1. The amount received by festival attendees this year:

¥509,460

The amount collected from festival attendees via the donation boxes placed within the festival site during the festival dates being July 23rd through the 26th.

2. The amount donated by the Fuji Rock Festival Organiser:

¥509,460

Further to the above mentioned donation from attendees, this is the amount donated by the Fuji Rock Festival organiser as "Benefit For NIPPON."

3. Amount from other donations received:

¥645,514

The amount collected from the NGO Village、The Atomic Cafe、official supporters （BEAMS/Heineken）、Tokoro Tengoku、Naeba Tourist Association, other support activities within the festival site along with dontations from WeSky a Go-Go! .

The Fukushima prefectural headquarters for disaster control

Donations were sent to the the Fukushima prefectural headquarters for disaster control not only to aid in the relief for earthquake and tsunami disaster but also considering the various future aftermath caused by the Fukushima nuclear reactor accident.
