Disaster Relief Project [Benefit for NIPPON]

Donations were gathered at this year's Fuji Rock as part of the Disaster Relief Project "Benefit for Nippon" to assist those effected by the Great East Japan Earthquake of 2011 and also for those effected by the flooding in July of 2018.

Many of those who attended Fuji Rock made donations.
The following donations were made on behalf of all those who made donations at the Fuji Rock venue along with the amounts gathered by the Fuji Rock Festival Organizing Committee.

(1) Donations made by festival attendees
Amount gathered in donation boxes located in and around the festival site from July 26th to July 29th, 2018.
(2) Donation made by festival organizing committee
The amount donated by festival attendees was matched by the festival organizing committee and the total sum donated under the name "Benefit for Nippon".
(3) Other Donations
Donations made by: NGO Village, The Atomic Café, Official Festival Supporters (BEAMS, Heineken, KiU), Official Tour Center (Collaboration), Tokoro Tengoku, Matoya Tengoku, Naeba Toursim Bureau (Naeba Shokudo).

*Monies gathered were donated to the Fukushima Disaster Relief Headquarters considering not only the effects of the tsunami and earthquake but the ongoing effects of the Fukushima Nuclear disaster.
